ADVANCED PLACEMENT PROGRAM
We appreciate that a solid Advanced Placement Program is an essential component of our academic program in order to meet the needs of our students. AP courses teach students important skills that prepare them to succeed in college and meet other post high school goals. The presence of AP courses on a student's transcript indicates that the student has taken the most rigorous courses available. Research indicates that AP Exam grades are valid predictors of college success. We intend to expand our AP offerings and will be adding courses in the next several years. See our Course Description Guide for prerequisites and more information on our AP courses.
