The Oregon Trail Academy’s Board of Directors consists of five members. The Board meets the second Thursday of each month, except for July and August. All meetings begin at 5:30 PM and will be held in the cafeteria, unless otherwise posted.
Meetings of the Board shall be presided over by the President or in his or her absence, by the Vice President. The procedure of discussion and resolution of issues generally is as follows:
1. Statement of Agenda Item
3. Motion from the discussion
4. Call for vote-discussion is over and the motion is restated with any amendments
Meetings shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and in compliance with Oregon public meeting law set forth in ORS section 192.610 to 192.690.
