Cedar Ridge Middle School closed Thursday and Friday

Cedar Ridge Middle School will be closed Thursday January 8th and Friday January 9th, due to multiple breaks in the boiler system piping, in order to determine the extent of the damage and the necessary repairs. The system utilizes contiguous piping to distribute heat throughout the building and is now fully offline, leaving all classrooms without heat except for six classrooms outside the main school structure.

On Tuesday, Dec. 9, students and families at Firwood Elementary School enjoyed some free books along with hot cocoa, cookies and holiday fun as part of the school's Literacy Night.
